Price Magpie tracks publicly available price and stock data for products you add and notifies you of changes. We aim for accuracy but data depends on third-party stores and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always confirm the price on the retailer's site before purchasing. Alerts are best-effort and not guaranteed.

Free, Pro ($7.99/mo) and Max ($19.99/mo) plans are available. Paid plans are billed through Polar (our Merchant of Record) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per Polar's policy.

• Don't abuse, scrape or overload the service or attempt to bypass plan limits.
• Don't use the service for unlawful purposes.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
